We are working with a well-established, Lexcel accredited, Legal-500 listed, multi-office law firm who are seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor with around 5-7 years'+ PQE to join their busy Property Litigation team based in Birmingham City Centre.

The role will involve:
- Managing your own wide-ranging caseload of Property Litigation files
- Working within the property litigation team acting for both corporate and individual clients, from individual home owners to large-scale commercial developers and landowners
- Dealing with dilapidation claims, boundary issues, lease renewals, and right of way and easements
Suitable Candidates will have:

A minimum of 2 years' experience running a Property Litigation caseload

Fully qualified status (solicitor or FCILEx)

Around 5 to 7 years' PQE

Experience of dealing with:

Dilapidation claims
-
Boundary Disputes
-
Lease renewals
-
Right of way and easements

landlord and tenant disputes
This is a full-time permanent job, working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, offered with a range of benefits including:
