Our client is a highly respected independent estate agency based in the Norwich area. They're now looking to welcome a confident and motivated Sales Negotiator to their team on a part-time basis, working 3 days per week
As a Part-Time Sales Negotiator, you will be offered:
- Up to £25,000 basic salary (pro rata)
- First year earnings of up to £25,000 (Team commission environment)

As a Part-Time Sales Negotiator, your responsibilities will include:
- Successfully negotiating offers and securing deals
- Driving the business forward by providing exceptional customer service at every stage
- Arranging and attending viewings, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties
- Greeting buyers and vendors, offering expert advice and support
- Registering customers and matching their requirements to suitable properties
- Calling out new properties to the market, keeping clients informed and engaged
Part-Time Sales Negotiator requirements:
- Strong proven track record as a Sales Negotiator
- At least 12 months of experience as a Sales Negotiator
- Career driven
- Team player but with individual flair
- Used to working in a team environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional and proactive approach
- Motivated, ambitious, and committed to delivering exceptional results
