Your work will deal with matters covering the firm's UK and European operations. The workplace culture is friendly and collaborative. Key Responsibilities
- Providing legal guidance and support at both regional and corporate levels
- Negotiating contract terms and conditions with external clients
- Reviewing and drafting contracts negotiating terms and ensuring compliance
- Ensuring that all corporate matters are conducted in accordance with the organisation's procedures
- Giving advice on contracts and commercial risk to internal clients

Qualifications & Requirements
- A qualified Solicitor 0-2 years PQE who specialises in Commercial Contracts on a UK and European level for an In-House Legal team
- Someone who has experience of working in a pressured environment and delivering projects to timescales
