Collection Support Specialist
Salary: up to £25,000 - £27,000 per annum. Plus annual bonus of 7.5% of salary, paid quarterly
Monday - Friday, office hours, your choice between 8am - 5:30pm (37.5 hours per week). No weekends.

The right person will need to be both professional and firm on the phone, as you will be handling and attempting to resolve customer overdue unpaid invoices. This role is mixed administration/ telephone based, it's estimated you'll make circa 75 calls per day. The administration side of the role is ensuring customer contracts are issued correctly, setting up customer agreements on the system and in general keeping on top of all administration in relation to customer accounts on their CRM system.
This role would suit somebody that is confident being on the telephone and calling customers for credit control purposes. The administration side of the role requires a highly attentive and organised approach with a high level of IT skills. Previous and recent office experience is essential to be considered for this role.
Summary of your day to day responsibilities:
- Conduct phone calls to establish contact with debtor and determine point of collection
- Professionally and efficiently resolving issues preventing customer account's being up to date
- Record and update account activity including the customer's financial status and collection efforts associated with resolving the account.
- Determine and negotiate partial and extended payments.
- Delinquency / loss reporting and tracking for senior management
