Commercial Gas Engineer required for our client who are a successful M&E Contractor based in Chatham, Kent. They provide Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to over 120 properties across London and Home counties. These properties are a range of residential apartment blocks with communal HVAC plant, commercial office space, mixed development buildings, schools, college, nursing homes and Hotels. They are now looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer, to work across North London
The Commercial Gas Engineer will need to have a level of experience within service repair and maintenance on commercial sized boilers and heating appliances.
The Commercial Gas Engineer will need to have valid in date ACS commercial ticket such as COCN1 or CODNCO1.
The ideal candidate will have 4 years plus experience working on commercial boiler and plant rooms

- 4+ Years' experience within the commercial gas industry
- ACS Commercial qualifications such as COCN1 or CODNCO1
- Based within commutable distance of North/North West London
- Full UK Driving license

Position Remuneration
- Salary £50-55k DOE
- Travel paid after 30 mins each way
- Company Van & Fuel Card & Personal use
- Pension & Private healthcare
- Available Overtime - 1.5x & 2x
- Call out 1-10 plus £150 retainer, £50 when called out and 4-hours overtime
- 20 Days + BH - rising with service
