About you:?

We are seeking a highly accomplished New Business Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven ability to close complex, high-value SaaS deals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. This person will have the ability to multi-thread confidently within all types of organisations. They will build strong internal deal teams and be highly organised in order to manage lengthy sales cycles.

Day-to-day, you will:?

  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and develop a robust pipeline of high-potential enterprise accounts.
  • Complex Deal Management: Successfully navigate complex sales cycles, managing multiple stakeholders and overcoming challenges.
  • Commercial Acumen: Demonstrate a strong commercial mindset, including pricing, negotiation, and contract structuring.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Solution Selling: Articulate the value proposition of our SaaS solution to address complex business challenges.
  • Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and forecast sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing refinement of sales methodologies and tools.
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and develop a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through various channels including your own prospecting, networking, and digital outreach.

Your skills and experiences might also include:??

  • Proven track record of success in closing large, complex SaaS deals within the enterprise segment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at the C-level.
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and buying process.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple complex deals simultaneously.
  • Proven success in a B2B sales role specifically within HCM or Learning software, demonstrating the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities and effectively cross-sell SaaS solutions to existing clients.
  • Comfortable presenting to groups in person or virtually, with the ability to work effectively as part of a small team.
  • Able to work on own initiative, self-motivated, with excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, telephone, email and written.
  • Ability to build rapport at all levels of an organization
  • Proven ability to develop positive relationships, co-operation with, and support for colleagues and clients.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to development and lifelong learning both for yourself & the team
  • Acts with integrity, loyalty and honesty.
  • Remain calm and polite at all times, even under intense pressure
  • Excellent computer skills specifically with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Have a full UK driving licence
