One of the UK's top Construction Consultancy's are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Mechanical & Electrical team in London.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join an iconic Cost Management consultancy and a talented M&E Quantity Surveying team who work across an array of projects including residential, commercial, hotel, data centre, sports, and healthcare.
The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of projects, running them pre and post contract including: TDD, cost reporting, producing cost plans, and leading project team meetings.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the M&E / MEP sector
- Open to a Quantity Surveyor (seeking a step up), or a Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Preferably from a construction consultancy / cost management practice
- Will consider M&E Quantity Surveyors from a Main Contractor
- MRICS or working towards
