I am currently recruiting for a Head of Legal on behalf of my client, a forward-thinking Law Firm based in the heart of Gloucester. My client, renowned for its expertise in Equity Release, seeks a highly experienced Residential Conveyancer to steer its legal division as Head of Legal.

The chosen candidate will be entrusted with a pivotal role, providing technical legal guidance and fostering the professional growth of a talented legal team. With a minimum of 7 years' experience managing a complex residential conveyancing caseload, the ideal individual will possess a deep understanding of sale, purchase, remortgage matters, leasehold, lease extensions, and unregistered properties. While familiarity with equity release is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.
