What are we looking for?

The Stakeholder Partnerships Manager will work as part of the Business Development Team and Stakeholder Partnerships Teams and will manage and oversee our company Stakeholder Partnerships Strategy, supporting the company in with a number of key priorities:

  • To secure future funding to grow and sustain our business - aligning to key business development objectives.
  • To better deliver our current services and contracts to engage and support employers and individuals.
  • To highlight our impact to key decision makers, influencers and commissioners in our sector.
  • To use our expertise to influence and support lead stakeholders in their decisions relating to careers, employment and skills sector.

Roles & Responsibilities

The Stakeholder Partnerships Manager will provide support to the Head of Business Development & Stakeholder Partnerships, in delivering the company's Stakeholder Partnership Priorities. The role will develop partnerships to achieve our strategic objectives, by building a rapport with key individuals from other organisations and demonstrating a clear ability to align company activities to meet shared goals. They will establish new operational arrangements, identify and develop business development opportunities, and work with internal colleagues to develop information and marketing content that highlights our impact in achieving our purpose and delivering on the key policy objectives of commissioners and decision makers.

The successful candidate will be personable and engaging with a clear understanding of the policy and delivery landscape in which we operate and the key organisations we need to work with to deliver our contractual requirements, achieve our financial profile and secure new funding that aligns with business plan and budgetary objectives. They will be a self-starter, able to work on their own initiative and be able to both develop and communicate creative solutions to complex problems, which deliver meaningful and lasting systems changes both internally and externally.
