We are seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. Day-to-day of the role:

  • Work under the guidance of teaching staff and the SENCo to support individual students or small groups.
  • Address the specific needs of students to help them overcome barriers to learning.
  • Engage with students to facilitate their academic and personal development.
  • Assist in the preparation of learning materials and the classroom environment.
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
  • Contribute to the overall ethos, work, and aims of the school.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A proactive and collaborative approach to supporting learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to personal and professional development.
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
