You will work alongside a highly experienced executive search team, assisting with market research, identifying candidates, selling opportunities and supporting the team to fill senior-level vacancies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing in-depth research projects
- Qualifying candidates and headhunting
- Developing detailed candidate records
- Building sustainable customer relationships
- Meeting targets and KPIs
- Developing and maintaining reporting systems
- Confidently communicating with clients and candidates via telephone
- The ideal candidate will be degree-educated with some office experience. You will have a natural ability to build relationships and engage with people.
- An unflappable nature, results-driven mindset and a proactive attitude will give you the tools to succeed in this role.
