Temporary Part-Time HR Recruitment Assistant
4 Days a Week (4 Hours a Day)
We have an excellent part-time opportunity for an experienced HR & Recruitment Administrator to join our busy People and Culture team within a Charity on a temporary contract until the end of 2024.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective recruitment administration support for onboarding, induction, probation, appraisals, leavers, and exit processes.
- Coordinate administrative recruitment tasks through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and liaising with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Monitor the careers inbox and respond promptly and pleasantly to candidate queries.
- Support hiring managers with the initial screening of candidates against pre-determined criteria.
- Coordinate onboarding for new joiners in line with our safer recruitment procedures, including DBS, reference, and right to work checks.
- Assist with the coordination of HR-related events, training, and meetings.
- Maintain the HR policy and templates library on SharePoint.
- Undertake general HR tasks as required and appropriate to the role.
- Provide ad-hoc office administration support, including placing stationery orders.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times when handling information related to employees and candidates.
