TSR Legal is currently partnering with a Legal 500 Firm, who pride themselves on offering a unique caseload and personable culture. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and reputable firm based in the heart of Cardiff. The right candidate for this role will be 3-5 years post-qualified, with a proven ability to work within a team and develop business.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advice on a wide range of employment issues across different sectors.
- Develop opportunities for referring work across the business and actively engage in business development activities.
- Primarily represent employers and respondents, with the capability to assist senior employees, executives, or members of representative organizations as needed.
- Manage a diverse caseload including:
- Corporate support tasks such as drafting contracts, settlement agreements, restrictive covenants and TUPE.
- Handle all types of Employment Tribunal work, including some advocacy, for both claimants and respondents.
