- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of drivers and support staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day transport operations, ensuring timely and secure delivery of cash and valuables.
- Route Optimisation: Plan and optimise delivery routes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all operations are conducted in line with policies, industry standards, and legal requirements, with a strong focus on security and risk management.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with clients, internal departments, and external partners to ensure excellent service delivery.
Profile
- Experience: Proven experience in a transport or logistics management role, preferably within the security or cash-in-transit industry.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to meet operational demands.
- Security Awareness: A strong understanding of security protocols and the importance of confidentiality in cash handling.
- Shifts: You must be willing to do a weekly rotating shift pattern of earlies & lates
