I am currently recruiting a competent staff Manager, who will be responsible for managing the onshore and offshore accounting team of a boutique accountancy practice in Central London.
- £60,000 - £70,000
- Location: Central London / Home - Co working Space and Home working set-up
- Flexible and Hybrid Working: 2/3 days in the office
- 25 days holiday a year + Buy and Sell
- 5% enhanced pension contribution

What would this Accounts Manager role involved?
- Workload management and delivery of high-quality services to clients
- Review and delivery of year end accounts/ management accounts
- Management and supervision of work completed by juniors
- Supervision of off-shored tasks.
This role would suit an ACA or ACCA qualified Accountant who prefers the staff management element of being a Manager, who has the ability to review and delegate work to the wider team. They would have the overall responsibility of ensuring work is being scheduled and will be able to recruit and grow the accounts team, as the business grows.
