We are on the hunt for a Venue Manager who embodies the spirit of good craic and is dedicated to steering our guests to the ‘good times' with ease and style. Our venue is a hub of delicious food and creative drinks, and we're eager to welcome a leader who will champion our Front of House Team and cement our place in the local hospitality landscape.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Oversee all front of house operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, swiftly addressing any concerns or feedback.
  • Lead and develop a team of staff, nurturing a culture of positivity and high performance.
  • Maintain impeccable standards of venue presentation, cleanliness, and maintenance.
  • Utilise guest booking and profiling systems to enhance the customer journey.
  • Foster a collaborative environment between Front of House and Back of House teams.
  • Drive business growth through innovative strategies and excellent service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a Venue Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality sector.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of bar and restaurant operations.
  • Financial literacy, with experience in budget management and reporting.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
  • Flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
  • A fervent passion for hospitality and a dedication to creating memorable experiences.
