Project Coordinator
We are recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join a company based in Milton Keynes on a full time, permanent basis. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm with an hour for lunch. This opportunity will pay you a salary of 23k-24k Per Annum (DOE). Hybrid working available after probation and there is free parking on site.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Answering client queries over the telephone and email
- Communicating with clients to understand their project's objectives
- Designing quotations and tenders
- Ordering stock and large-scale equipment for the business
- Keeping project documentation updated
- Liaising with internal and external teams to ensure projects are completed accurately
To be successful for this position, you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). You must also have strong analytical skills, with an eye for detail and good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel.
