What you will do in this Agile Coach role:
- Instil Agile principles and practices across teams and stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coach at both Domain/Group and Squad levels within product and programme delivery programmes.
- Navigate a complex and fast-changing landscape to enhance business agility.
- Contribute to the delivery of Agile Training School, supporting role-specific training and the development of self-managed learning platforms.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, shaping their Agile transformation journey.
- Utilise data metrics to measure performance, maturity and monitor core KPIs and value across programmes.
What you will bring:
- Proven expertise in Agile frameworks, with a strong foundation in change management, coaching, mentoring, and training.
- Experience with scaling Agile frameworks and a knowledge of DevOps principles and practices.
- Familiarity with Agile tools and software, including JIRA and Lucid.
- A passion for continuous learning and improvement, coupled with a drive to deliver results.
- An ability to work effectively across diverse teams and to influence without authority.
