My client is looking for a highly motivated Training Manager to drive the development and growth of their training team. Reporting to the HR Director, the Training Manager will be crucial in designing, developing, implementing, and delivering training programs that support our employees. My client believes in continuous learning and development to empower their employees to achieve their fullest potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that align with company goals.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to tailor training sessions specific to team requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, using feedback to refine programs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices in L&D initiatives.
  • Manage training budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of learning and development principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to design engaging and impactful training materials.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
