Location: Preston

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday)

At Another we are currently looking for an experienced Recruiter to work with an established client based in Preston. Reporting into the Head of Recruitment, you will work in partnership with the business managers and the wider resourcing team to support the overall headcount delivery in entry level, volume and specialist talent requirements whilst ensuring that the managers/supervisors are equipped with the appropriate recruitment tools and processes.

This is an exciting role for someone looking to join an established recruitment team, who has a passion and skillset to be operational and creative in their approach to sourcing talent.

The Role

  • Providing a full recruitment service throughout a growing organisation. Responsible for providing direct recruitment support and services business wide.
  • Monitor and reviews vacancies and recruitment activities with the support of the head of recruitment
  • Support in the development of the recruitment and selection process for candidates, from vacancy through to induction
  • Assure compliance and regulatory requirements are met. Maintain confidential data, candidate records and ensure that GDPR compliance is adhered to.
  • Maintain relationships with third party service providers, including assessment firms, national job boards, recruitment agencies, temporary agencies.
  • Managing the job vacancies posts onto job-boards and wider networking tools
  • Shortlist candidates as per the person specification, invite successful candidates to interview and assist with interviews when required.
  • Maintain and build a candidate pipeline and network
  • Manage the onboarding process and administration to ensure all documentation is received in a timely manner and in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Plan and diarise all interviews ensuring interview panels are prepped with the relevant documentation prior to the event.
  • Ensure unsuccessful candidates are notified accordingly and their records are archived in line with regulatory and GDPR requirements.
  • Ensure company procedures and regulatory requirements are followed when dealing with candidates requiring work permits and visas.
  • Handle any in-person, phone or email enquiries from prospective applicants

Skills Required

  • Previous experience of delivering 360 recruitment, ideally delivered within a volume inhouse recruitment role or had high levels of recruitment as part of a role.
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise & meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience.
  • Ability to problem solve effectively
  • highly self-motivated, professional and have exceptional organisation skills.
  • Is adaptable and flexible in their approach
  • Ability to travel from time to time.
