HR Administrator - Sawston - £25,000

Join a busy HR team to provide an effective HR service and support the change and project management activity in the business.

Supporting the HR, Payroll and Learning Team to meet the companies ambitious goals, this varied and evolving role, will enable the HR Administrator to continually grow and develop.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator or an Administrator looking for a step into a HR role.

Main responsibilities include:

  • HR administration relating to leavers, family leave, flexible working, sickness & more
  • Organise and maintain employee records
  • Attend low level ER cases as note taker
  • Co-ordinate internal and external training sessions
  • Support apprenticeship programme
  • Ensure timely and smooth transfer of information to payroll

Skills required:

  • HR administration or strong office administration experience
  • CIPD not essential but CIPD level 3 would be useful
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience of Workday is an advantage but not essential
