Business Administrator

Your new company Working for a local service provider employing approximately 600 people within their Technical and Training hubs.

Your new role
Produce agendas and associated papers and recording and production of minutes from own notes taken at meetings
Co-ordination and circulation of internal and external mail services, receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching mail
Provide an administrative and reprographic service, ensuring that all documentation is completed to a high standard and to the specification and timescales required
Cover Reception, call handling as and when required
Ensure printers are maintained and supplied with consumable
Provision and administration of incident reports and associated requests
When required, provide a support service in the absence of the Executive Assistants.
