About the Role
- This role involves advising on financial or operational restructuring of corporate entities, overseeing mandates, and coordinating advice from other departments.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in UK corporate insolvency processes, company voluntary arrangements, restructuring plans, transactions during insolvency, directors' duties, and cross-border insolvency matters.
- Marketing both internally and externally is expected, with a potential for referral generation.
