Due to expansion, they are currently seeking an experienced Principal Associate/Legal Director to join their London team, focusing on non-contentious cases.

About the Role

  • This role involves advising on financial or operational restructuring of corporate entities, overseeing mandates, and coordinating advice from other departments.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in UK corporate insolvency processes, company voluntary arrangements, restructuring plans, transactions during insolvency, directors' duties, and cross-border insolvency matters.
  • Marketing both internally and externally is expected, with a potential for referral generation.
