The team continues to be successful and as such they are now looking to add an experienced Residential Conveyancing Assistant.
You ideally shall have a minimum of 2 years experience of working within residential conveyancing, be highly organised and be comfortable Drafting LBTT's, Standard Securities, ordering redemptions, requesting online Searches and dealing with all other associated tasks.
You must have excellent communication skills, be highly organised with the ability to prioritise your work and be very client focused.
Knowledge of Lawware is beneficial.
