This 12-month fixed-term contract role is to cover maternity leave and offers a hybrid working model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Your New Role
As a Human Resources Advisor you will provide comprehensive HR support to the business (c.170). Your role will involve ensuring that managers and employees are equipped with best practices to foster a high-performance culture. You will focus on providing expert HR advice and ensuring the successful implementation of HR initiatives. This role is a Generalist HR role covering recruitment, employee relations, performance management, absence management, development of polices and procedures and wellbeing and engagement initiatives.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Proven experience in a Generalist HR role
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable
