Are you an experiences Customer Service Operator, looking for a new position?

I am currently working with a client, who are looking for a Customer Service Operator to join their team on a 6 month FTC.

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Operator role –

  • Manage day to day requirements and requests of customers and clients. Communicating these effectively and resolving any issues.
  • Manage key accounts through sales contacts within the business, as well as with buyers for customers.
  • Respond to queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Generate reports based on statistics and communicate these to management.
  • Provide clear communication across multiple departments within the business.

Requirements for the Customer Service Operator role –

  • Experience of order processing via email and over the phone is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Experience of working within the food industry is preferable.
  • Experience with using SAP system is desired but not essential.

Extra information for the Customer Service Operator role –

  • Office Based.
  • Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00, with an hour lunch break.
  • £29,203.20 Annual salary (Pro rata, based on the 6 month contract duration)
  • 21 days annual leave, plus bank holidays (Pro rata, based on the 6 month contract duration)
  • Cycle to work scheme.
