A lovely, welcoming, one-form-entry, Church of England primary school in Wandsworth are looking for an experienced Primary Teacher to join their team from January 2024.
The Role
In this role you will be a full-time class teacher in Year 6. As a one-form-entry school you will be responsible for your class and work independently in planning and assessments. You will have support from the other teachers across KS2 and the senior leadership team. The curriculum is creative and varied and encourages individual learning and personal growth. The class teacher is currently on maternity leave and plans to return in January, although this could be extended to Easter. There are pupils with SEND and EAL in the class, so experience of providing additional support and differentiation is desirable.
The school are looking for a Primary Teacher who:
- has good knowledge and experience teaching the KS2 curriculum
- has excellent classroom management skills
- has experience supporting pupils with SEND
- is organised and hardworking;
- is creative, flexible and committed
