HRGO are recruiting on behalf of our client in the Denbigh area for a despatch & warehouse operative. The successful candidate will be working as part of a team, and will be responsible for packing the products, and ensuring accurate and timely dispatch to the customers.
Hours: Mon-Thurs 7am-4pm, Fri 6am-3pm ( 2 x 30 mins )
Location: Denbigh
Pay: £11.44 per hour, paid weekly
Contract Type: Temp to perm
Please note due to location, candidates will need to be able to drive or live local to Denbigh.
Responsibilities
- Prepare orders for dispatch by picking and packing food products according to customer requirements
- Ensure accurate labeling and documentation for outgoing shipments
- Inspect packaging for any damage or incorrect labels
- Wrapping pallets
- Ensure vehicles are loaded correctly before leaving site
- Printing stickers and labels
- Correctly store products
- Adhere to all health and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organised work space
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or despatch position is essential
- Good communication skills, and able to work effectively in a team
- Basic IT skills
- Strong attention to detail and able to work under time pressures
