Accounts Receivable Assistant/ Milton Keynes/ 12 - 16 weeks - Urgently Needed

Macildowie are excited to be working with a brilliant business based in Milton Keynes looking to add an experienced Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their team to support with an internal restructure period
This is a 12-16 week temporary role to support with debt chasing, month end and invoice processing.
They are looking for someone who can get stuck in from day one, and hit the ground running.
Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:00 - however for the right person they can be very flexible with the working hours and can even offer part time flexibility.
The salary for this role is up to £15ph dependent on experience.
This has the potential to move extremely quickly, perfect for someone on a short-term notice or immediately available.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maximise daily/weekly/monthly cash collection through effective monitoring and proactive collection activity.
- Collect sales ledger cash owed to the Company by customers within the due dates.
- Minimise overdue debt through timely and effective application of delinquency policy
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring they always provide exceptional customer service.
- Obtaining commitments to pay through telephone calls and email communication to customers.
- Support with month end and purchase ledger responsibilities
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
- Proven experience of a Accounts Receivable position
- Experience within the Manufacturing industry is beneficial but not essential
