This position is for an Expenses Assistant
Reporting to the Travel & Expenses Team Leader you will be responsible for supporting the Process Leader in ensuring service level agreements are met and all employee expense processes are carried out in line with deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Administrative Support
- Support Travel booking process
- Support Financial month end procedures
- Support Team Leader with projects
- Support new employees with training on all Travel & Expenses processes.
Knowledge Required:
- Previous experience of processing high volume employee expenses preferred. Full training will be provided.
- Basic understanding of service delivery – customer needs.
- Ability to work in a team
- Communication Skills (written and verbal)
- Previous experience of processing high volume supplier invoices.
