: £60,000 - £65,000 plus car allowance

- Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional services
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to exceed customer expectations
- Senior Services Manager (Supported and Retirement Living) to be responsible for our Supported and Retirement Living portfolio – circa 4,000 units nationwide.
Preferred Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar managerial role
- Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements
- Strong understanding of customer service principles
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to effectively manage resources and budgets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Project Management certification is highly desirable
- Any relevant professional qualifications
