Senior Service Manager

LOCATION

: Home based/Hybrid with occasional travel to sites

HOURS

: 37 hours Mon – Fri

SALARY

: £60,000 - £65,000 plus car allowance

DURATION

  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional services
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to exceed customer expectations
  • Senior Services Manager (Supported and Retirement Living) to be responsible for our Supported and Retirement Living portfolio – circa 4,000 units nationwide.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar managerial role
  • Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
  • Ability to effectively manage resources and budgets

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Project Management certification is highly desirable
  • Any relevant professional qualifications
