The Role: As HR Manager, you will be a key part of an existing HR team, overseeing the full spectrum of HR activities. Your role will involve supporting and advising on HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, recruitment, and ensuring compliance with employment law. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the positive working culture.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
  • Support employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
