Application Support Specialist
Application Support Specialist required by a global software company with an office in Southampton. The company provide ERP software using a wide technology stack.
This is a hybrid position involving 3 days a week in the office in Southampton and 2 days from home.
Knowledge required:
- Experience working within a software support environment
- Technical knowledge of an ERP software package would be very advantageous
- SQL experience would also be a nice to have skill
- Strong customer facing experience with good customer service skills
