We are currently looking for a Team Assistant to join a Finance firm located in the City. This is a hybrid role and will pay up to 35k depending on experience. It is important to have had relevant corporate experience in this field.
The role
- Greeting visitors & answering phones
- Organising meetings and refreshments for both internal & external events
- Liaising with building management team on all office related items Office equipment/maintenance
- Managing London office service providers i.e., cleaners, building maintenance
- Maintaining office and kitchen supplies
- Supporting compliance with Health and Safety policies
