Reporting into the Director of Marketing you will be a part of an International Marketing Team to support and execute a broad range of marketing activities with an emphasis on digital channels for both D2C and B2B markets. This position will play a vital role in developing campaigns for different audiences and monitoring the success - implementing improvements. My client is looking for an individual with a desire to learn, this is an exciting opportunity with an emphasis on progression.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and manage social media strategies
  • Define most important social media KPIs
  • Manage and oversee social media content
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
  • To create email campaigns and build, maintain and update contact databases.
  • To conduct research and analyse data to identify and define audiences.
  • To compile, distribute and present ideas, information and campaigns.
  • To manage and execute marketing campaigns and monitor performance.
  • The ability to write content and proofread creative copy in line with brand and tone.
  • To update copy on websites and use data analytics.
  • To update databases using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • To work within budgets.

The Person
Educated to Degree Level in a Marketing related discipline
Must have previous experience in marketing / social media related role
Have a creative approach and have the ability to use design software
Committed to professionalism and continuous improvement and personal development.
Must have a positive & optimistic attitude, very responsive and helpful always.
Team player - working as part of a close-knit marketing team of 5 staff
