What will you be doing?
As a 1st Line Team Leader with us you will be responsible for helping to support a team of 1st Line Engineer. You will have a varied role supporting Windows infrastructure and Network queries. Working independently and on projects there will always be something to keep you busy and developing your skillset.
Essential Skills:
- Previous experience working an IT Service Desk is vital.
- A high level understanding of the Windows Technology Stack.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to a high standard.
- Have Line Manager or Team Leader experience.
