We are recruiting for
Estate Agent/Sales Progressor/Administrator
to join our Business across
Hexham.
The main purpose of the role is to agree sales & progress sales through to exchange and completion, generate and book valuations for sales and lettings, conduct property viewings, deal with lettings negotiations as well as carrying out branch administration.
Our ideal Estate Agent is...
- An experienced Estate Agent who has dealt with Negotiating Sales and Lettings and progressing sales through to completion
- Resilient, positive and friendly
- Computer Literate with exceptional organisational skills
- Ideally interested in carrying out some Valuations when the Valuer is unavailable
- Able to carry out Accompanied Viewings
