HR Administrator
Contract Type: Agency Temp - initially to end 2024
Location: Harefield, Middlesex
Salary: £12-13.50/hr
Job Elements
- Working within a busy HR department, assisting he transition from hardcopy records to a fully paperless system.
- Scanning current and archived records and storing the electronic copies correctly within the paperless system.
- Organisation of files and records.
- Destruction of confidential records.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Ideally experience gained within an HR environment or similar (ie legal, medical etc)
- Used to handling confidential documents
- IT literate (MS office) and ideally experience with Peoplesoft
- Self motivated and able to work with minimal direction.
- Highly organised
