Location: Harefield, Middlesex

Salary: £12-13.50/hr

Job Elements

  • Working within a busy HR department, assisting he transition from hardcopy records to a fully paperless system.
  • Scanning current and archived records and storing the electronic copies correctly within the paperless system.
  • Organisation of files and records.
  • Destruction of confidential records.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Ideally experience gained within an HR environment or similar (ie legal, medical etc)
  • Used to handling confidential documents
  • IT literate (MS office) and ideally experience with Peoplesoft
  • Self motivated and able to work with minimal direction.
  • Highly organised
