Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales and maximising opportunities in the store
- Inspire the team to deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring that every customer receives the best possible experience
- Working within a team and supporting all members, training colleagues and keeping within company guidelines and procedures.
- Provide excellent service in-store delivered by every member of staff
- Understand store targets and strive to exceed
- Communicate targets and key information to the team through daily briefs and updates
- Manage the team to keep a high performance in the Store Manager's absence.
- Support and challenge the team to keep building customer relations and deliver perfect service
- Lead by example, ensuring the team are brand ambassadors
- Assist with store reports and provide analysis of sales and customers
