Support Workers Required for Children's Home in Kingstanding Birmingham B44

We have an incredible opportunity to join a two bed children's home located in Kingstanding, Birmingham. We provide care and education services to children and young people who have complex needs, emotional and behavioural difficulties or who display challenging behaviour.   • Support Worker Requirements

Please note applicants MUST meet the following requirements;

  • Able to work Full time
  • A full UK driving license
  • Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
  • An understanding that this role will require Forte Care to undertake Enhanced DBS checks
  • You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins with full-time and part-time hours being available.
  • Experience working and supporting 8-18 year old with EBD & challenging behaviour

Join us as a Residential Support Worker at our home in Kingstanding that cares for children and we can offer:

  • £11.44- £12.72 per hour plus £70 sleeps shift pattern normally 2 on 4 off £26000 per annum approx. plus £7200 approx.
