Our client, a well-established manufacturing company based in Woolwich, is seeking a skilled Administrator to join their team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent administration skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We are looking for a motivated individual who can provide exceptional customer service and effectively manage various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all calls for the service department
  • Scheduling services for customers and sending booking confirmations
  • Pulling reports from the CRM system
  • Making outbound calls to customers to arrange services
  • Ordering parts required for jobs
  • Dealing with queries and always providing excellent customer service
  • Maintaining and updating booking system with all service details
  • Gathering compliance documents (Health and Safety/Risk Assessments)
  • Credit control

Requirements:

Proven experience in an administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems an advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive and professional demeanour

This is a temporary-to-permanent role, offering an hourly rate of £13.00 to £13.50.

The office is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk from Woolwich train station, with free onsite parking also offered.
