Job Summary
The Chief Commercial Officer will be responsible for leading and scaling all revenue-generating functions, including sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships. You will develop a robust commercial strategy, focusing on both acquiring new customers and maximizing value from existing ones, to achieve aggressive growth targets and enhance market position. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CCO will work closely with the wider executive team to ensure alignment on strategic objectives and deliver sustainable, scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth

Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with company goals, covering sales, marketing, and customer success.

Identify, prioritize, and pursue new market opportunities to drive rapid and sustainable revenue growth.
- Sales Leadership

Scale a high-performance sales organization, including developing sales processes, identifying target markets, and setting sales targets.

Implement metrics-driven approaches to track performance, identify areas of improvement, and maximize revenue.
- Marketing & Demand Generation

Oversee the marketing team to create and execute effective demand generation, branding, and positioning strategies.

Develop customer acquisition programs to reach new target audiences and drive lead generation.
