The role of the Credit Controller
- Managing the sales ledger for Caravan Owners and Market Stall holders
- Following collection procedures set out in site terms and conditions
- Setting up and processing applications with third party finance company for customers who use this facility to settle their balances
- Utility meter readings
- Invoicing owners utilities and dealing with consumption queries
- Invoicing maintenance jobs and other sundry purchases
- Issuing annual site fee renewal documents and taking payments
- Processing mid-season adjustments for new owners and site leavers
The ideal candidate for the role of Credit Controller
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous experience in a credit control or sales ledger role
- Driving license preferred
