Role Overview
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers across multiple channels; phone, email, and live chat. You'll handle everything from order processing and product queries to troubleshooting and complaint resolution, all while delivering a first-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat within agreed SLAs
- Process orders, manage bookings, and resolve complaints within 24-48 hours
- Deliver first-contact resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Log all customer interactions accurately in internal systems
- Liaise with couriers and process claims when necessary
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies
- Uphold GDPR and data protection standards

- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A proactive, positive, and empathetic approach to customer care
- Computer literate with good administrative and numerical skills
