Job Title: Property Lettings Consultant
Location: Redditch
Basic Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 a year

Are you driven, dedicated and looking for a new role within the lettings industry? Our market leading client, in Worcestershire and the West Midlands, is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our busy Lettings team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Looking after a manageable portfolio of properties available to let.
- Booking and conducting property viewings.
- Provisionally vetting prospective tenants.
- Effectively negotiating and finalising tenancies.
- Providing regular contact and feedback to landlords and applicants.
- Updating and maintaining the company's CRM system.
- Ensuring properties are compliant with current regulations.
Our ideal candidate will be:
- Punctual both in arriving at work and when conducting appointments.
- Eloquent, friendly and able to quickly build rapport.
- Organised and able to manage different parts of the lettings process simultaneously.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Keen to provide the very best level of customer service at all times.
- Skilled in identifying and prioritising the most important tasks.
- Adaptable and flexible.
- Already in possession of a full driving license and car.
Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays 8:30am to 4:00pm
- Salary: From £24,000 plus bonuses
