Nicholas Hendry has partnered with a reputable, growing and well-known business, based in the Angus area. Instantly recognisable, our client has a vacancy for an experienced Finance Manager to join their team.
This is a pivotal role for the organisation & the successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct support to the ownership group, producing monthly Management Accounts, and monthly reporting.
Responsibilities
This is a position that would best suit a Qualified Accountant / Qualified by Experience Accountant (ICAS, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) Ideally, you will have prior working knowledge of:
- Preparing monthly management accounts
- To assist in the development of management information and reporting processes across various business entities
- Preparation of budgets and re-forecasts.
- VAT Returns
- Maintaining and developing various internal financial controls and processes
- Managing the day-to-day accounts processes across Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, Staff Payroll and reporting.
- Overseeing intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- Statutory returns & ad-hoc finance related duties
The successful candidate will be offered a permanent role with a leading business, the post comes with a range of flexible benefits and salary remuneration up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
