I am delighted to be partnering with a fantastic organisation based in Coventry that are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant on an initial fixed term / PART TIME basis. Duties include:
- Process and maintain accounts payable and receivable
- Match, batch, and code invoices
- Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management
- Prepare financial documents such as bills, receipts, and invoices
- Support payroll processing as required
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments regarding invoice and payment queries
- Support the Finance Manager with audits and financial reporting
