We are currently seeking a multi skilled maintenance person to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working as part of a mobile maintenance and repair team at various properties in Swindon and the surrounding areas.
Duties
- ? ?Completing property maintenance and gardening tasks
- ? ?Providing excellent customer service when interacting with staff and external contractors
Requirements
- ? ?Able to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- ? ?Previous experience in a maintenance role preferred but not essential
- ? ??Driving Licence (required)
- ? ?Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ? ?Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- ? ?Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities
Pay: £12.50 - £14 per hour (dependent on skill set)
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week, permanent role. (minimum 20 hours per week, average 35)
