We are seeking a creative and hands-on Marketing and Content Executive to join a dynamic team at a large corporate organisation. You will be responsible for executing and publishing content that drives brand awareness, engages target audiences, and supports overall marketing and business objectives. What you'll do:

As a Marketing and Content Executive, your primary role will be creating engaging content across various platforms, including blog posts, social media content, and video creation. You'll also be responsible for ensuring brand consistency throughout all messaging, simplifying complex briefs into customer-centric language. You will work closely with various teams within the organisation, and you will support with various marketing campaigns and content projects.

  • Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content across various formats such as LinkedIn/Twitter, landing pages, websites, videos, podcasts, marketing campaigns, and blogs.
  • Ensure that all content aligns with the brand's voice, messaging, and style guidelines.
  • Work in partnership with an in-house graphic designer to translate copy and storyboards into end visual concepts and design.
  • Use appropriate channels and platforms for content distribution, including social media and email marketing.
  • Manage Twitter / LinkedIn social media accounts.
  • Drive brand consistency across all company messaging.
  • Simplify detailed, complex briefs and translate them into customer-first language.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure content alignment and consistency.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to gather information and insights for content development.
  • Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring quality standards.

What you bring:

The ideal Marketing and Content Executive will be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word, and possess a portfolio of impressive copy content. Your ability to adapt content for different personas and buyer journey stages is crucial. You thrive in a team environment, working collaboratively with the marketing team, graphic designers and SMEs. While not essential, familiarity with Hubspot Marketing, Monday.com, Wordpress, SEO principles, video production, and understanding of content analytics would be advantageous.

  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word
  • A degree in Marketing / Journalism / English (or similar) would be desirable but not essential
  • A small portfolio of impressive copy content would be great!
  • Ability to adapt content for different personas and buyer journey stages
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • (Nice to have) Familiarity with Hubspot Marketing, Monday.com and Wordpress
  • (Nice to have) SEO principles and content optimisation knowledge
  • (Nice to have) Experience with video production, including scripting, storyboarding, and uploading
  • (Nice to have) Understanding of content analytics and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics) for measuring content performance
