Receptionist

Part Time - 19 ¼ - Monday, Tuesday 08.30 - 17.00 and Wednesday 08.30 - 12.45 (Flexibility on these hours can be considered)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team within Lovell East Anglia, working from Broadland Business Park in Norwich.

Reporting to the PA of the Regional Director / Office Manager you will be responsible for providing an overall support function to our office.

Answering our busy switchboard in a polite and efficient manner, you'll ensure calls are transferred and messages are taken and distributed accurately.

Providing an excellent front of house and customer service, you'll welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner, manage incoming/outgoing post, whilst ensuring the stock levels of stationery and kitchen supplies is maintained to the appropriate levels. Coordinating and managing the booking of meeting rooms, you'll ensure rooms are clean and tidy between meetings, offering refreshments to meeting attendees as and when required.

Please note that this will be a job share position which includes the requirement of covering your colleagues annual leave and absence.

Candidates will have previous administrative experience in a similar role, managing a busy switchboard, dealing with clients and providing an excellent customer service experience. You'll also be proficient with Microsoft Office, to include Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
